Jo, jag ville ha ett täcke, men inte med äcklig polyesterfyllning. Så jag hittade det här fina tyget på loppis, och så köpte jag ett väl urvättat bomullsöverkast som jag använde som fyllning. Jag vek det några gånger bara, och stoppade in i fodralet som jag sytt. Och så sydde jag sömmar runt hela alltet och tvärs över, lite quiltkänsla så där (fast inte alls egentligen).
Kuddarna sydde jag av tyg jag hade hemma. Det vita tyget är helt vanligt bomullstyg som jag målade med ekologisk färg på. Jag gjorde en schablon genom att rita granar på ett tjockt papper som jag klippte ut, och applicerade färgen med en svamp. Sedan sydde jag ihop tygstyckena räta mot räta, lämnade en liten bit öppen där jag stoppade med ekologisk ullvadd, och så sydde jag igen sista biten.
Och det blev ju lite mysigare i alla fall.

I made a small comforter and a couple of pillows for Arons teepee. The blanket is sewn out of thrifted fabric, and stuffed with a thin cotton throw that I folded several times. I sew around and across the whole thing for kind of a quilted feeling.
The pillows are made from fabrics that I happened to have at home. The white pillow was painted with the help of a template that I cut from a paper. I used a sponge to apply the organic paint on it. Then I sew the pillow together (right sides together), I left a small opening that I used to stuff the pillow full of organic wool. Then I sew it shut.
It got a little bit cosier in the teepee after that.
